Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail/SMS advising you on the date of delivery. You can also TRACK ORDER online or through app. Please note if the order is placed within 2:00PM, the order will be delivered on the same day after 5:00PM and if the order placed after 2:00PM, the order will be delivered on next day.
Click Side-menu and visit My Orders to get status of your order through Mobile App
We are sorry you had to experience this but please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery times are shipped to you separately. Do not worry, your order is on its way to you!
The expected date of delivery will be communicated to you before the dispatch of your order.
The status on the tracking website or app shows delivery was returned but I was not there. Is it possible to get the delivery now?
The courier companies usually make three attempt to deliver your order. In case you do not receive your order, please get in touch with us.
We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a return request or get in touch with us. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.
Delivery charges are levied at an order per store level. If the order on a store is below Rs.500, we charge shipping fee of Rs.30. All orders per store above Rs.500 are eligible for Free shipping
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the MY ORDERS page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get status of your order OR Click Hamburger and visit TRACK ORDER to get status of your order through Mobile App
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
1. Create a cancellation request online or an app from hamburger screen.
2. Click on the Cancel link against your order in the MY ORDERS section in My Account for website. For the mobile app from hamburger click on the cancel
3. Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.
4. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
* Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order but not after the order has been shipped.
Unfortunately, at this time, we service only Bangalore.
How long will it take to cancel my order?
We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.
Why was my order cancelled by Flit?
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:
1. If product is out of stock or is discontinued
2. Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
3. After three attempts made from our delivery boy
4. After the extended time provided for Pick up Store option
We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order is cancelled or whole. We will contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.
