Refund and Cancellation Policy

We do our best to bring the best growth assistants and talent to you. We want you to be satisfied with your outcomes. To ensure, we recommend the following:

1. All briefs are detailed

2. All creative aspects are discussed before hand

3. All work is discussed and then carried out. For any campaign size

In general, we don't offer any refunds for campaigns and work done and completed where the above was followed. Since all work and campaign product is approved by you, that is the case. However, if there are any unilateral decisions without your input and that was paid or work was misrepresented, we will provide a refund within 5 working days. All refund requests must be made within 1 working day of delivery.

For all fixed price and custom campaigns or contracts, no refunds are provided. Any work order or contract can be cancelled 3 working days before the same commences. There are no cancellations offers after the work has begun.
